B. Makes sure that the purposes, policies, and practices of the Scouting movement in the Order of the Arrow are being carried out.

C. He promotes the Order of the Arrow at all times.

D. Serves as a member of the Council Camping Committee.

E. Is appointed annually by the Council Executive.

II. Chapter Adviser

A. Is appointed by the Council Executive in consultation with the Lodge Chief, Lodge Adviser, and District Camping Chairman.

B. Promotes the Order of the Arrow at all times.

C. He becomes a member of the District Camping Committee.

D. Sees that he and the Chapter Chief attend the Lodge Executive Committee meetings.

E. Appoints an adult adviser to each chapter committee.

F. Aids the Chapter Chief in implementing the chapter program.

III. Committee Advisers

A. Appointed by the Lodge Adviser in consultation with the Lodge Chief and Staff Adviser.

B. Sees that the Chairman carries out his duties, including attending Executive Committee meetings.

C. Attends Executive Committee meetings.

IV. Staff Adviser

A. Appointed by the Council Executive.

B. Interprets Council and National policy.
